Large companies usually have the benefit of a Human Resources department. For a smaller company it’s hard to make the decision to bring in another staff member to take on the role.  

I help you create programs and initiative from recruitment through termination. So that you are sure your policies and procedures are a match with your Vision and Mission. We want to make sure that your policies are keeping you in compliance with any legal requirements while still motivating your team to do great work.

MEDIATION

No matter how much we like the people we work with, sometimes we get to a point where we are stuck. We can’t make a decisions and the communication gets stalled. At this point rather than lose everything you have worked for, it’s a great time to call in a neutral third party to help you get back on the same page.

As a mediator, I do not make decisions for you. I simply join you in a conversation to help you come up with a suitable plan that will help you move forward in a positive manner. You leave the session with a plan that works for and is agreed to by all parties.

My focus is business mediation. Disagreements between staff and supervisors, co-workers, co-owners anyone in the business setting. The disagreement is sometimes between two people but other times with a larger group. Either way we get the team working together towards that same goals again.

Leadership

Would it surprise you to know that “Managing, Supervising, and Leading” are skills that have nothing to do with your age? Stepping into a Supervisor/Manager/Leader role is not always easy. You go from doing the work, to motivating and inspiring others to do the work.

Speaking

When I first started public speaking, I spoke quickly, quietly and got off that stage as soon as possible. Enter toastmasters, Now I can stand on a stage, drop my script and speak for 20 minutes off the cuff.

Coaching

Having a coach is having someone in our corner that you can discuss anything with. A coach is held to the same level of confidentiality you are. You have everything that you need, a coach just helps you to find your wisdom and remind you of the skills you already possess.
